AgriChain and Agtuary are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking collaboration aimed at bringing verifiable sustainability credentials to the grains supply chain.
This partnership allows growers to use Agtuary to calculate their emissions and generate verifiable credentials for those emissions, chemical application, and deforestation. These credentials can then be seamlessly passed to buyers and bulk handlers through AgriChain during transactions.
The verifiable credentials will include detailed information about the grower’s sustainability claims, the quality of the data used, and digital signatures from the growers and third-party auditors such as agronomists or accountants.

This collaboration simplifies the process for growers to improve market access and be prepared for preferential pricing and lending conditions. It also provides buyers and bulk handlers with more accurate and trustworthy scope 3 emissions data.

The initiative will begin in September 2024, marking a significant step forward in enhancing sustainability within the agricultural sector.
Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting collaboration.
